Course overview

Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master certification is a credential offered by the Project Management Institute. DASSM (Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master) is an advanced program of Disciplined Agile that will help you in positioning yourself to successfully lead an Agile team (or multiple teams) and effectively take on more complex and key initiatives for your organization. This DASSM course is ideal for the professionals who have been working with Agile approaches for more than two years and played leading roles like Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Architecture Owner, etc. and now want to understand how Disciplined Agile helps in achieving enterprise-level agility.

Requirement

• Two years of experience working in an agile team in a leadership role, like Disciplined Agile scrum master, scrum master, product owner, architecture owner, etc.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of the DA tool kit by having done one or more of the following:
• Taken the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) course
• Taken The Basics of Disciplined Agile online course
• Read section 1, or more, of Choose Your WoW—Complementary digital copy included with DASSM
• To determine if you’re ready, you can take our quick Disciplined Agile Knowledge Check. If you score 75% or more you’re ready. If you score less, consider taking the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification course.

1. SUBSTITUTIONS AND RESCHEDULING

1.1 Substitutions
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we accept substitutions but not cancellations. Substitutions are permitted within 21 days from the date the contract is formed or at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the programme, whichever comes first.

1.2 Rescheduling
If a notice of rescheduling is received within five (5) working days of the scheduled start date, 50% of the programme fee will be charged.
If notice is received within three (3) working days of the scheduled start date, 100% of the programme fee will be charged.

2. CHANGES TO PROGRAMME

Afrissance reserves the right to:
2.1 change the date of the programme;
2.2 make variations to the programme content;
2.3 alter the approach or method of delivery, including but not limited to the location and number of classes;
2.4 merge or combine programmes.

2.5 In the unlikely event that Afrissance:

• changes the date of the programme;

• does not provide the programme of study;

• significantly alters the content or method of delivery; or

• significantly changes the programme location,

Afrissance shall notify all relevant parties of such developments at the earliest possible opportunity.
