The facilitator was fantastic, he was an experienced change practitioner who shared his wisdom and knowledge. The course was dynamic, it had a diversity of theoretical sessions and interactive exercises which were excellent to facilitate learning. The structured Prosci change management tools are very helpful for my work.

I had an insightful learning experience on the Prosci Change Management Certification with Afrissance and only wish I had this knowledge before now. It was fascinating to see how the ADKAR model applies to personal/individual and organizational change.
