1. SUBSTITUTIONS AND RESCHEDULING

1.1 Substitutions
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we accept substitutions but not cancellations. Substitutions are permitted within 21 days from the date the contract is formed or at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the programme, whichever comes first.

1.2 Rescheduling
If a notice of rescheduling is received within five (5) working days of the scheduled start date, 50% of the programme fee will be charged.
If notice is received within three (3) working days of the scheduled start date, 100% of the programme fee will be charged.

2. CHANGES TO PROGRAMME

Afrissance reserves the right to:
2.1 change the date of the programme;
2.2 make variations to the programme content;
2.3 alter the approach or method of delivery, including but not limited to the location and number of classes;
2.4 merge or combine programmes.

2.5 In the unlikely event that Afrissance:

  • changes the date of the programme;

  • does not provide the programme of study;

  • significantly alters the content or method of delivery; or

  • significantly changes the programme location,

Afrissance shall notify all relevant parties of such developments at the earliest possible opportunity.
