Jane is an experienced business management consultant with proven experience in providing solutions in the areas of Learning & Development, Business strategy and diversity, Individual and Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, & Clientele Acquisition. She is also a Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner with experience in process implementation. A geography graduate from the University of Ibadan, Jane has acquired over 10 years of experience in various sectors, she has worked on various projects which cut across companies in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, E-commerce, Banking sectors, and IT firms.

Temitope Ishmael

Temitope is a vibrant versatile executive with a passion for creating content.  She has proven experience in creating engaging and informative content and attacks every situation with a positive outlook.   Her experience in the medical field has given her a unique ability to tell compelling stories and translate them into her world of marketing.

With experience in multi-channel marketing, and digital campaigns to aid business growth, Temi holds a degree in Anatomy from Babcock University, several marketing certificates and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

Dare Ojo

Dare is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of private experience in a broad range of industries including, distribution, consultancy, health, manufacturing and services.  He has held roles of internal auditor, accountant, tax manager and compliance officer.

Dare has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, He is a member of The Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria, The Nigerian Institute of Management, The Chartered Institute of Forensic and Investigative Auditors of Nigeria.  He is a chartered member of the Institute of Local Government and Public Administration, and a chartered member of the Institute of Finance and Control.

Deji Ishmael

Deji is a versatile executive consultant/coach with over 18 years of management and leadership experience. He has held leadership positions in a number of successful organisations across Europe, United States and Africa. Deji serves as the Region Mentor (Africa) for the Project Management Institute and the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) based in South Africa.

A consultant with a passionate drive to help CEO’s and executive teams to overcome team dysfunction and create powerful organisational clarity that leads to profound business and bottom-line impact, Deji is a Computer Science Graduate. He attended the MBA programme at Bath University and recently concluded MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change a combined programme of HEC University, France and Oxford University, UK.

Wole Adesiyan

Wole is a thought leader in innovation, program management and digital transformation.  With over 15 years experience in business solutions and digital transformations delivery, Wole worked with globally recognized institution like Standard Bank Group and has over the years led transformation programmes working in Europe, the United States, South Africa and Canada.

He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a BSc in Accounting and an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).  He also holds other professional designations; Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Product Manager (CPM), Prosci Certified Change Manager, Certified Scaled Agile 4.5 Agilist.

Skilled in Transformation leadership advisory, Technology strategy and delivey, Organizational change management,  Workplace enterprise productivity, Lean six sigma, Robotics Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence, he has worked in multiple sectors, including Banking, Insurance and Not-for-profit organizations.

Practice Lead - Leadership and Development

Ejemen Okojie

Ejemen is a Global Senior HR Leader with over 15 years’ experience. She has developed key competencies in HR Culture and Strategic Alignment, Performance Development and Coaching, Change Leadership, Career Development and Succession Planning, and Talent Acquisition. Her HR experience is in consulting, financial markets, investment banking, industrial manufacturing and FMCG sectors and spans across 15 countries within the Sub-Saharan African Area.

She has held a number of regional HR roles -GE Africa( she was also a member of the global faculty of GE Crotonville, New York), British American Tobacco West Africa and Chapel Hill Denham Limited.

A Certified HR Director from the Industrial Labor Relations School (ILR) Cornell, New York, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, an Accredited Practitioner in Organization Culture- Hofstede Insights and certified with a Professional Assessment of Competence- Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK- MCIPD, J is passionate about developing talent especially for Africa.

More recently Ejemen has ventured into the field of coaching to build expertise as an executive and career transitions coach.

Yemisi Adedayo

Yemisi is an Organizational Transformation specialist with 15+ years of demonstrated experience driving transformational growth for both private and public sector organizations.  An experienced strategist, Yemisi has worked with multinational firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), her experience includes sales and marketing, strategy and operations, project management and delivery, change management and product management.

With a B.Sc. in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, and an MBA from Lagos Business School, Yemisi is a Certified PROSCI Change Manager, a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Project Management Practitioner.

Ike has experience in project and programme management, transformation delivery, strategy implementation, technology and construction. With over 25 years’ experience, Ike has trained teams and implemented, led and delivered multi-million dollar varied sized projects, programmes and strategic initiatives across diverse sectors, for a diverse range of multinational organisations within Europe and Africa
He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Project Management Practitioner (AgilePM), Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), PMO Practitioner (PMO-P), Prince 2 Practitioner (Prince2), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (PROSCI) and Member Association for Project Management (MAPM).
Ike assists organisations to deliver value through developing cohesive delivery teams, the effective implementation of their projects and programme and the delivery of their organizational, strategic and corporate objectives.

With over ten years experience in strategic leadership, business development and project execution, Esther has a graduate degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Ahmadu Bello University and is a Prosci Certified Change Manager.

Olalekan Odukoya

Lekan is a PROSCI certified Behavioral Change Manager and Train-the-Trainer with 10 years of experience cumulatively in Information Technology and Information Management. His experience spans web application development, enterprise-wide application support, project management, business analysis, customer support services, Information Management, training, consulting and behavioral change management.

He is also a certified Project Manager (PMP designation). Lekan is passionate about making positive change and he strongly believes that no matter how many processes are improved, or technologies are improved, an organization is bound to fail in its objectives unless it creates an enabling culture.
